For more involved framing situations — multiple details, complex tie-ins, or structural coordination questions.
I’ll break it down, walk through what’s happening, and give you clear written guidance with marked-up plans.
24-hour turnaround.

1-Hour Consultation — $325
Live Zoom review and real-time problem solving.
Extended Consultation
For larger builds or ongoing advisory support.
If you’re working through a complex custom home and want consistent input along the way, we can discuss a longer-term arrangement.
